The highest SABSA certification — held by a very small number of senior security architects globally. Requires SCF and SCP plus extensive documented architecture experience and a comprehensive master's-level assignment. Not DoD 8140 approved. The SCM designation represents genuine mastery of enterprise security architecture methodology and is the most advanced vendor-neutral architecture credential available anywhere. Extremely time and cost intensive — most senior architects peak at SCF or SCP in practice.
