Intended as a starting point before SC-200, SC-300, or SC-400. Very surface-level content — this cert demonstrates Microsoft ecosystem awareness more than any security depth. Worth getting if you're entering the Microsoft security track and want to sequence properly, but don't expect it to differentiate you in hiring. Most practitioners skip it and go directly to SC-200.
