Palo Alto Networks' professional-level network security certification covering PAN-OS administration, security policy design, App-ID, User-ID, and WildFire integration. Part of the new role-based framework launched in 2025 to replace the retired PCNSA and PCNSE. In-person only exam at Pearson VUE test centers since March 2025, 2-year validity. Not DoD 8140 approved. Palo Alto has become the default next-generation firewall in many enterprise and government environments, making this certification broadly relevant. The in-person-only requirement adds friction but reflects Palo Alto's approach to credential integrity.
