CRIA — CREST Registered Intrusion Analyst
Intermediate CREST certification for intrusion analysts, required for working on CREST-accredited IR engagements in the UK and other CREST regions. More rigorous than CPIA with a significant practical component. Recognized by the UK NCSC and required for certain government and regulated sector IR work in the UK. Carries meaningful weight in CREST-regulated markets. For UK-based DFIR practitioners in consulting or regulated sectors, this is an important credential. Outside CREST-active regions its recognition is limited.
